High Desert RV Repair in Prineville transitions to Pro RV Prineville

May 4, 2022 | Uncategorized

Why did Pro RV Repair acquire a 2nd Central Oregon RV repair facility, making this the third business acquisition within three years? It was an opportunity both for customers who needed faster and more reliable RV service and trailer services, and the PRO RV Team can serve more customers.

“We had been working on the Prineville acquisition for over a year. It was a perfect fit for what we do at our other two RV repair shops and with the influx of people moving to Central Oregon. We really wanted to have more service centers to support the RV repair needs in the area. Our Prineville facility is 15,000 square feet with an additional 2 acres of storage space. With the challenges of hiring qualified people due to COVID, I really was only interested in acquiring businesses that had a strong and stable team with a great reputation. We found that with High Desert RV Repair. One of the really great benefits of owning multiple RV repair businesses is that we learn so much from each other and are able to create true best practices across the board.” – Mike Montgomery

In general, the demand for qualified RV technicians continues to grow, but the availability of experienced talent is limited. Pro RV Repair is committed to maintaining the best talent in the industry. This reduces the backlog of appointments for our customers, and if needed, we can move employees into other locations as needed when the facilities are flooded with repair orders. If the customer is passing through town, and is not from the area, it can really put a damper on the travel schedule. By continuously seeking expert talent, PRO RV customers get better service than they are accustomed to, and they will come back time and time again.
